ZephfiSound is operated by Fortiplace Global Limited. In this policy, "ZephfiSound", "we", "us" and "our" mean Fortiplace Global Limited and the ZephfiSound product.

• Account information, including your name, email address, username, login/session details and account status.
• Profile information you choose to provide, such as avatar images, banner images and public creator profile details.
• Music creation content, including prompts, lyrics, style tags, generation settings, generated tracks, artwork, folders, playlists and whether a song is public or private.
• Billing records, including the plan or credit pack selected, amount, payment reference, payment status, credit balance and subscription period. Card and bank details are processed by Paystack, not stored by ZephfiSound.
• Reports, moderation records, support messages and other communications you send to us.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device/browser information, cookies, security logs, error logs and activity needed to operate the service.

• Create and secure your account.
• Generate, store, play, publish and share songs.
• Process subscriptions, credit purchases, credit refunds and billing support.
• Detect abuse, copyright violations, fraud, spam and security incidents.
• Respond to reports, support requests and legal obligations.
• Improve reliability, product quality, generation performance and user experience.

We use Paystack to process payments. When you pay for a subscription or credit pack, Paystack may collect and process payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive payment confirmation, references, plan or pack information and settlement status.

We use Railway and other infrastructure providers to host and operate the application, database, jobs and related services. We may also use storage, media delivery, email, analytics, security and AI generation providers where needed to provide ZephfiSound.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect sign-in and other sensitive actions from automated abuse. Turnstile may process limited device and browser information under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where needed to operate the service, process payments, store and serve media, provide support, comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse or complete a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Public songs, public creator profiles and public engagement data may be visible to other users and visitors.

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, CSRF protection, preferences and basic operation of the platform. Some third-party providers may set their own cookies when you interact with payment or embedded services.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion, but we may retain limited records where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, copyright enforcement or legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so you are responsible for keeping your account and email access safe and telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain uses or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send requests to support@zephfisounds.com.

ZephfiSound is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review the account.

Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. By using ZephfiSound, you understand that information may be transferred, stored and processed where our providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as ZephfiSound changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date above or showing an in-app notice.
