Terms of Service

By creating an account, generating music, buying credits, subscribing or using ZephfiSound, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ZephfiSound is a product of Fortiplace Global Limited. Contact us at support@zephfisounds.com.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must not share access in a way that abuses credits, billing or platform limits.
• We may restrict or disable accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for the service.

ZephfiSound lets users create, store, play, publish and share AI generated music. Generation quality, duration, style, availability and processing time can vary. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops.

You must not use ZephfiSound for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or security-compromising activity.

You keep ownership of prompts, lyrics and other content you submit, subject to any rights owned by third parties. You also own the songs generated for you to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rights in your input content.

You grant ZephfiSound a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, stream, display, share and otherwise use your content and generated songs as needed to provide the service. If you make a track public, you also allow us to display, distribute and promote that public track on ZephfiSound and related marketing channels.

AI-generated output may not be unique. Other users may receive similar or related results, especially from similar prompts, genres, lyrics or settings.

You must not upload, submit, prompt, publish or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, moral rights or other rights. This includes unauthorised lyrics, samples, vocals, artist names, likenesses, protected works or attempts to impersonate a real person or artist without permission.

Copyright complaints and reports should be sent to support@zephfisounds.com with enough information for us to identify the content, the rights owner and the basis of the complaint. We may remove content, limit generation, disable sharing, suspend accounts or permanently disable accounts where reports or repeat violations show infringement or abuse.

ZephfiSound uses credits for music generation and related paid features. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewal, but your paid plan benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.

One-off top-up credits do not expire unless we state otherwise at the time of purchase or are required to change this policy by law, platform abuse, account closure or service discontinuation.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card or bank details. Prices, credits, plan benefits and availability may change, but changes will not reduce the current paid period you have already purchased.

If a generation fails and no usable audio is produced, ZephfiSound may automatically refund the reserved credits to your account where our systems can verify the failure. Partial generations may be charged only for successful outputs according to the platform rules.

Cash refunds are not generally provided for used credits, completed generations, subscriptions already in progress or change-of-mind purchases. We may provide refunds for duplicate charges, failed payment settlement, legally required cases or support-approved exceptions.

Users can report songs or accounts that appear to violate these Terms. We may review reports, remove content, hide content, limit public sharing, reverse abuse, restrict generation, suspend billing access, disable accounts or preserve records for legal and security reasons.

ZephfiSound is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free generation, specific musical results, commercial suitability, copyright clearance, platform availability or that generated tracks will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortiplace Global Limited and ZephfiSound will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to ZephfiSound in the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may stop using ZephfiSound at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse credits or payments, infringe rights, evade enforcement or misuse the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us at support@zephfisounds.com so we can attempt to resolve them informally.

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of ZephfiSound after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
